a stay with minor drawbacks
helpful staff good breakfast amazing cleaning street noise slippery shower unmarked controls
the staff showed themselves helpful and kind. breakfast was good, i found the neighborhood excellent. many bars and restaurants were located nearby. the room cleaning was amazing.
the street noise was bad at night. loud music continued very late into the evening. i found the shower slippery and unsafe. there was no safety bar and the shower controls where unmarked.

public transportation good soundproofing nice pressure
The location is great with convenient access to public transportation. The room had good soundproofing , so outside noise was minimal. The shower had nice pressure.
One staff member was not as friendly as the others.

convenient stay near BASTILLE
friendly staff convenient location
the staff was friendly and efficient. my "classic single room" was quite clean and well maintained daily. the location near place de la bastille was very convenient with several metro lines nearby and provided easy access to different parts of the city.
the room i had was QUITE small , and opening luggage required some maneuvering. i also noticed some street noise at NIGHT , though it wasn't excessive.

the team at the front desk offered help with directions and local recommendations. house keeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, ensuring a tidy room daily. their prompt attention created a comfortable EXPERIENCE.

great location friendly staff secure luggage
the location was perfect. Two metro stations were easily accessible from the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, offering a complimentary hot drink upon my early arrival. A secure luggage area allowed me to explore without any worry about my belongings.
the classic double room felt a bit plain to me. some additional pictures or rugs could enhance the atmosphere. a room divider at the end of the bed seemed unnecessary and detracted from the overall space.

this rue DE charronne has a special place in the french history. the location is convenient, close to the bastille square and many shops , , made getting around simple. cafés and restaurants surround THE area.

analissa at reception gave a very warm welcome. the receptionist demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. the staff cleaned the room daily, replenishing toiletries and water in the fridge.

free water comfortable bed
the room was CLEAN. i found bottled water free in the fridge, it was a nice touch. the bed was COMFORTABLE, and i liked the pillows and sheets. the shower was good too.
